Brought my grandma here for a new mattress, her first is many, many years. Riley was great! He listened to her and made sure she had the best mattress possible. We bought a 5 inch box springs, which ended up making the bed too tall for her. I called last week,11/4, to see how we could get her a shorter box springs. The process took 5 mins, the box spring was exchanged with no additional cost and the delivery team was fast and efficient. Both times they brought deliveries into the assisted living facility they were professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Definitely recommended this location to anyone wanting an enjoyable experience with a great Colorado based company.

Me and the hubby went in on a couple of occasions to really finalize the mattress and pillows we wanted, Gustavo was a great help both times. He was knowledgeable of the products in the store and helped us to choose the right things we wanted to address our sleeping needs. No high pressure at all and let us take out time to ensure we were happy with our purchase. He explained the financing and warranties in detail, so we felt confident with our selection. We decided to go with another Denver Mattress product to replace our old Denver Mattress, it held up to the 10 year promise so we figured it was a solid purchase! Thank you Gustavo and thank you Denver Mattress!

We had such a great experience buying our first king-size bed, all thanks to Gustavo! He answered every question we had and took his time with us—never once making us feel rushed or like we were bothering him. Even though he was the only one working, he handled everything with ease and a smile. We still have more mattresses to buy for our guest rooms, and there’s no doubt we’ll be going back to Gustavo. Honestly, one of the best mattress-buying experience ever!

Best customer service here! Brandon Nevarez greeted us as soon as we walked in. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he took us right to the mattress to test it out. He was so helpful, full of knowledge and threw in a few jokes here and there. Got us all setup for home delivery and paid up in no time. Definitely recommend this store if you are looking for a new mattress. Great selection and awesome people in there to help you get exactly what you’re looking for.

He explained in detail, a thorough description of each mattress I was interested in as well as the warranty and delivery information. He answered all my questions and made my mattress selection easy. My wife and I recently purchased a mattress from this store, and we want to give a special shout-out to our sales rep, Brandon Nevarez, for providing an outstanding experience from start to finish. Brandon was open, honest, and patient throughout the entire selection process. He never pressured us to make a purchase and encouraged us to take our time—literally allowing us to lie on each mattress for over 10 minutes, multiple times, until we found what worked best. We spent about 2–3 hours in the store, and not once did we feel rushed. Our first choice was a floor model that was an unbeatable deal. It arrived on time, in perfect condition, but after about three weeks, we realized the mattress just didn’t meet our needs. Thanks to the warranty, we returned to the store, and Brandon provided the exact same level of exceptional service during the exchange. He once again walked us through several options, let us test them thoroughly, and made sure we left with a mattress we truly love. We also purchased two pillows during our first visit, and when one started causing neck pain, Brandon helped us exchange it under warranty without any hassle. Overall, Brandon delivered top-tier customer service every step of the way. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful process into a great experience. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received or the mattress we ultimately chose. Highly recommended!
